Oversized Solid Wood Rails: A signature feature of all tables is the oversized solid wood rails which provide stability and comfort with every shot. The nearly 4” wide, hand-finished, solid wood rails also add to the beauty of each table. Cushions: The full gum K66 Profile rubber cushion is the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) standard. Each cushion is canvas backed allowing more surface area and better adhesion to the rail. Diamond Sights: We offer full pearlized diamond sights on all of our wood finished tables. Wood Finishes: A 5 step finishing process using oil stains and clears ensure a satin smooth hand-polished finish, easy maintenance and a long table life. Slate: The 3-piece, 1”, diamond honed Brazilian slate creates a perfectly level surface. We pre-glue a solid wood slate liner to the back for easier installation of cloth, quieter play and reduced stress on the slate. Frame Liner: Attached to the top of the frame for added support and weight dispersal, our frame liner limits movement of the slate on the frame to ensure the table always remains level. Frames: Steel corner brackets and solid wood crossbeams make for an extremely solid table. Add solid wood corner caps for finish and you understand how these frames can easily accommodate the full 1” thick slate used on all tables. Solid Wood Crossbeams: 2” x 4” solid wood crossbeams support the slate and disperse the weight of the slate evenly. Using steel brackets to attach to the frame, these crossbeams also help stabilize the frame. The center beam interlocks with the crossbeams to maximize table strength. |
